International shipping option is not available right now.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
US exchanges - $5.95 restocking fee
If you're not happy with your purchase, kindly send the items back for an exchange or credit.
- Your order will be returned at the customer's expense if a return is not made with a completed returns form within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you have the right to select an exchange, refund, or credit if the items are dangerous, defective, or do not match the applicable specifications or descriptions.
- If, within 30 days after delivery, no notification is received indicating that the goods do not match the applicable specifications or descriptions, the goods will be assumed to have been accepted in acceptable order and condition.
- During the period from December 1 to January 31, orders will have an extended return and exchange period of 40 days.
- Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
THE DEAL RETURNS OPTIONS:
- Choose to swap for an item of the same value
- Items with a higher value will require an additional payment to cover the price difference (plus $5.95) if the product doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item
- Items with a lower value will have a credit or refund provided for the price difference (plus $5.59)if the product doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item
Notice that if the product which you have been recieved is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you would be charge no cost for return shipping.

Unless faulty, you're responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.
Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt. Please notice that you will have 40 days from delivery day to return (from Dec 1 to Jan 31)
* For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.

Frequency Asked Questions:
We encourage you to enter your own Address to be displayed on the return label as we do not handle returns on your behalf. This option is customizable within your Setting. Please review your website settings to confirm the address you entered is what you would like printed on your shipping label.
What happens if I don't update the information on the shipping label?
Our shipping partners require that a valid return address appears on the shipping label of each package we send. As such, your shipping label will be populated with GTTG shipping address until you update the information.
**Please be aware that if you do not update your shipping label information & a package is returned to us, it will be donated immediately. We do not handle returns or reship returned package on behalf of our sellers.
